Open Cities Health Center is a 501-c3 non-profit, Federally-Qualified Health Center that provides access to quality, patient centered, comprehensive healthcare to all people who need it, regardless of ability to pay. We are a health center grantee under 42 USC 245b and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 USC 233 (g)-(n). This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal PHS deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
