At OCHC we take care of the whole child – including addressing their physical health, emotional wellbeing, and developmental needs from birth through adolescence.
We support healthy growth and development through comprehensive services that include:
Medical Services
Well-Child Visits & Preventive Care – Regular check-ups following the American Academy of Pediatrics schedule from birth to age 21, including growth and development monitoring, developmental screenings, and anticipatory guidance
Immunizations & Vaccinations – Complete vaccination services following CDC guidelines, including routine childhood vaccines, annual flu shots, and catch-up immunizations
Sick Visits & Urgent Care – Same-day appointments for unexpected illnesses and urgent pediatric needs
School & Sports Physicals – Required examinations for school enrollment and athletic participation
Chronic Disease Management – Ongoing care for conditions such as asthma & diabetes.
Developmental & Behavioral Health
ADHD Evaluation & Management – Comprehensive assessment and treatment for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder
Autism Spectrum Disorder Services – Screening evaluations and ongoing support for children with autism
Developmental Screenings – Early identification of developmental delays in areas such as speech, motor skills, and cognitive development
Mental Health Counseling – Individual and family therapy for anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns
Family Support Services
Nutrition Counseling – Guidance on healthy eating habits and weight management
Parent Education & Support – Resources and training to help families navigate parenting challenges
WIC Program Support – Assistance with enrollment and nutrition education for eligible families
Ages We Serve
We provide quality care for children of all ages, from newborns through age 21, including specialized adolescent services for teens aged 13-21 who may need age-appropriate reproductive health education, mental health support, and transition planning to adult care.
TELEHEALTH
Open Cities Health Center provides telehealth for medical and behavioral health services.
