Sliding Fee Discount Program

For Uninsured and Underinsured Patients
We offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program (SFDP) for individuals who are uninsured, underinsured, or have low income. The program adjusts the amount you owe for healthcare services based on your household income and family size.
