How It Works

The sliding fee scale reduces your out-of-pocket costs for healthcare services based on your household income and the current Federal Poverty Guidelines. The lower your income relative to the poverty level, the greater your discount. This means you pay what you can afford while still receiving the same high-quality care as all our patients.

Application Process

Step 3: Meet with Our Financial Counselor
Our trained staff will review your application confidentially and determine your discount level. This typically takes 15-30 minutes.

Step 4: Receive Your Discount
Once approved, your sliding fee discount will be applied immediately and remain valid for one year.

Annual Renewal: Sliding fee discounts are valid for 12 months. You’ll need to reapply annually or when your financial situation changes significantly.
Changes in Income: Please notify us if your income increases or decreases significantly, as this may affect your discount level.
Emergency Care: If you need immediate medical attention, don’t let financial concerns delay your care. We will work with you on payment arrangements after you receive necessary treatment.
