Vietnamese American that identifies as he/him, Obtained his bachelor’s at St. Cloud State University in Community Health. Andy has worked as an ARMHS worker for 2 years now with OCHC. Andy chose to dedicate his time and efforts working with OCHC because it gives him an opportunity to give back to the community that raised him.
